Good questions !
For a cash buy, you will receive a Purchase Agreement. When you sign the purchase agreement you then agree to pay. For a Land Contract for Deed, you will sign and agree to pay the agreed upon down payment and first month installment.
For a cash buy or land contract (financing), both will come in your email from Docu sign.. You will sign electronically.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Cash app, Certified Checks, Personal/Business Checks, Money Orders and PayPal®. Please do not send cash through the mail.
